Homemade lemonades

The highlight of this
year’s summer weddings will be colorful lemonades in pitchers of all sizes and
shapes. Wedding guests will love the modern decor as well as the cool
refreshment on a summer wedding day.
I’m delighted to share
with you our recipe for homemade lavender lemonade.
For the syrup you’ll
need:
250ml water
250ml water
200g sugar
1 Tbsp dried lavender flowers
1 Tbsp dried lavender flowers
Stir together the
water, sugar and lavender in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes
until the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool. Strain the cooled
syrup and mix the syrup with 1 liter of water and 200ml of lemon juice.
